Dwayne Reynolds
Managing Director
Dwayne has been involved with the Australian Drilling Industry from a young age. Initially visiting and assisting his stepfather on site (who was an Exploration Driller in Western Australia) in his early teens, he then started as a Drilling Offsider in 1985 progressing through as both an RC and Diamond Driller for a number of companies to Drill Supervisor and Site Manager in both Australia and Overseas.
Dwayne also has extensive experience in drilling consumable product management and development and has been associated with the Australian mineral resource sector for close to 40 years.
Paul Allen
General Manager
Paul has been in the Drilling Industry since 1992 with experience in Drilling, Supervisory and Management of multiple drill programmes involving Deep hole Reverse Circulation, Diamond drilling, Aircore Drilling and Water Well Drilling.
Paul has a broad experience managing projects involving a variety of disciplines, from small Greenfields projects through to established production drilling sites spanning across 4 continents.
Peter Chovanec
Field Manager
Peter has over 50 years of experience in all facets of drilling operations throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Peter has supervised drilling projects for an extensive list of major Australian and international mining companies including Newmont Mining, Oxiana, Barrack Gold, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Chevron, Fugro, Woodside Energy and Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines.
